These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Jobcove (“Jobcove,” “we,” “us”), business management software for service businesses. By creating an account or using Jobcove, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use Jobcove.
Subject to these Terms, Jobcove grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Jobcove for your own business operations. This license doesn’t give you ownership of Jobcove itself, and you may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or build a competing product from it.
You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into Jobcove and for keeping your login credentials secure. You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account, including actions taken by team members you invite.
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and old enough to operate a business in your jurisdiction to create an account.
Paid plans are billed month-to-month through Stripe. There’s no long-term contract — you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated for the current billing cycle.
You can use Jobcove without a paid plan; some features are limited to specific plans, described on our pricing page. We don’t offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
Jobcove lets you optionally connect third-party services — Plaid (bank accounts), Intuit/QuickBooks (accounting), and Google (calendar). Connecting these is your choice and their own terms and privacy policies apply to how they handle your data. Jobcove isn’t responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these third-party services, and integrations may stop working if a provider changes or discontinues their API.
Jobcove’s optional AI assistant answers questions using your own business data and can create records (expenses, jobs, invoices) at your request — it never writes anything without your explicit confirmation first. It provides business data analysis, not financial, legal, medical, or tax advice, and you’re responsible for reviewing anything it creates or reports before relying on it.
You agree not to:
You own the business data you enter into Jobcove. We don’t sell it, and we don’t use it to train AI models. You can export your data or delete your account at any time from Settings — see our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how it’s handled.
You can stop using Jobcove and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including non-payment on a paid plan after a reasonable notice period.
Jobcove is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it reliable and accurate, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability or that it’s error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Jobcove isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms as Jobcove changes. We’ll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to use Jobcove after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
